Return & Cancellation Policy
Strict Defect-Only Return Policy Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept cancellations or returns for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or minor packaging flaws. Returns are only accepted in the case of a proven manufacturer defect or if you received the incorrect item.
We have a 15-day return policy for defective items, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to report the issue and request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the defective item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, with all original accessories, tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To Start a Return You can contact us at preorder@beast-kingdom.com.tw. When reaching out, please include your order number and clear photos or videos proving the defect.
If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, or items returned for non-defect reasons, will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is materially defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Because returns are only accepted for proven defects, we strictly do not accept returns for:

Change of mind or buyer's remorse.

Minor cosmetic flaws on the external packaging (box damage).

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges For proven defective items, our standard procedure is to issue a replacement of the same product. If a replacement is unavailable or out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the defect was verified and the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
