Shipping policy

1. Standard Shipping Terms

  • Processing Time: All standard orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout prior to final payment.

  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

  • International Shipping: We only offer international shipping to select regions for specific products. Please note that customers are strictly responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country.

2. Convention & Event Pickups (Ex: San Diego Comic-Con 2026)

For select releases, we offer a dedicated in-person pickup option at our booth during Events and Pop-Up Shops. By selecting the "Event Name - Pickup" option at checkout, you agree to the following terms:

  • Pickup Requirements: Customers must present their original confirmation email (either digitally or printed) at the time of pickup. We cannot release goods without verifying this confirmation.

  • Unclaimed Orders: In the event that an order is not claimed by the conclusion of the event (ex: SDCC 2026) the order will not be canceled. Instead, it will automatically default to standard fulfillment and be shipped to the address provided on the original order.

  • Post-Event Shipping Fees: Customers who fail to pick up their items during the convention are responsible for the cost of shipping. An invoice for the required shipping fees will be sent to the customer after the event. The order will be held until the shipping invoice is paid in full.
